When underground drainage pipes crack or collapse, a number of reasons such as tree roots (see photos below) and ground movement could be to blame. Our team will carry out a CCTV survey of the drains to determine the exact cause. Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, they can carry out an in-situ repair/relining, saving you money and time. As a last resort, drain excavation might have to be carried out for some drain repairs. Do not worry, disturbance will be kept to a minimum and the area restored to the same standard we found it in. The first image below shows one of our team holding up some tree roots extracted from a drainage pipe. A photo from our CCTV survey shows the same roots when they were causing a blockage in the pipe.
