Dear Gavin

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the way in which Drainwizard responded so quickly to the problem which occurred at my Mum’s house yesterday evening.

I believe it was Charlie who came to my Mum’s house this morning in Whipton. He arrived at the agreed time and was professional, polite and very respectful. He had to overcome a few obstacles during his visit, but did it with good grace and remained calm throughout.

I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends and family in the future.
