Your Chris arrived today and he was like a breath of fresh air and the total different approach as not only did he show me the same roots but took the trouble to take a major portion of them out so that the water flow was very usable. He has advised me that he will put a report in to the Insurance company and it will take about a further three days before I will hear something.
