Your employee Aaron came to our rescue today and unblocked drains. He was very conscientious and at all time explained to us what he was doing and why and furthermore the work that he would need to do to unblock, clean and inspect the state of our utility room drain. He worked very hard on an extremely hot and uncomfortable day without a break and without complaining and solved our problem. Aaron was very polite and had an excellent reassuring attitude for which we are most grateful.
