This is to thank you for your supervision of the work to reconnect us to the main water supply because of a leak to our water main.
I appreciate how much you kept me informed of the situation, before and after the work was completed, as it was most distressing to be without water, and I had felt abandoned by South West water.
I also want to thank you for appointing TSP to detect the leak and relay a new pipe. I appreciated the intelligent way, through a process of elimination, that the leak was detected, and the efficient way a new pipe was laid.
I also thank Tim for the courtesy he showed to me, explaining the problem and how he would put it right. This involved him coming up nearly 100 steps to the house, often wet and wintry conditions.
